Pure road performance for every move you make. Climb, corner and descend with unbeatable efficiency and control. Optimized for the new SRAM RED eTap AXS wireless electronic groupset, the TCR Advanced SL Disc RED represents the cutting edge of integrated road racing performance.
From the superior stiffness-to-weight ratio of its Advanced SL composite frame to the cutting-edge SRAM RED eTap AXS electronic drivetrain—everything about this bike screams high performance. Wireless shifting with a wider gear range ensures that you’re always in the right gear. An integrated Quarq DZero power meter provides precise left and right leg power data. Integrated hydraulic disc brakes keep you in control whether you’re screaming down steep descents or leaning into the corner before the sprint. And our Proven Compact Road geometry, OverDrive 2 steerer tube, and massive MegaDrive downtube all work together to deliver the legendary handling that’s synonymous with the TCR name.
Pro-level race efficiency
With the highest pedaling stiffness-to-weight ratio of any bike in its class, this frameset is engineered to give Giant pro road racers superior climbing efficiency, sprint stiffness and all-rounder capabilities.
Total Control
A SRAM RED eTap AXS electronic wireless drivetrain gives you a wider gear range with quick, precise shifting so you’re always in the right gear. Integrated hydraulic disc brakes deliver smooth braking power and modulation. Flat mounts and thru-axles boost stiffness and improve overall handling.
Cutting-edge components
The SRAM RED eTap AXS drivetrain includes an integrated Quarq DZero power meter to provide precise training and racing power data. The wireless electronic shifting system features new derailleur technologies and simple, intuitive shifter/brake levers.
Electronic drivetrain systems deliver excellent shifting, easy set up, and solid battery life. Here are the highlights of today’s electronic shifting systems:
Shifting Performance
Electronic shifting systems use powerful servomotors to rapidly shift the chain. Because microprocessors and sensors constantly monitor every aspect of the system, they shift with precisely and without chain rub.
Customization
Many major systems have customizable shifting. Some have the ability to add remote shifters for common riding positions, and some even allow you to change the functions of the shifting buttons.
Dependability
Electronic groupsets are responsive and consistent. There are no cables to stretch and wear out, so you get a flawless shift every time. The added bonus is you’ll never have to replace a derailleur cable ever again.
